Ben sleeping with a dolphin by wolfhogen Ben sleeping with a dolphin by wolfhogen
Ben is a sepia colored classic tabby bengal mix. He was rescued from hoarders in June 2010 and is now a 15lbs tom cat. In this picture Ben is sleeping with a Steiff dolphin that is discontinued.

All profits from prints of Ben are donated to the Humane Society and ASPCA.

I love Ben and his cute smiley face! He's a lot like my last batch of 3 stray kittens in 1992, especially like Umber's nose with the black outline around the pink nostrils and the brown nose. They're all gone now though. I love this color of kitty best. Next would be the seal point Siamese or ginger or white. But any sweet cat is fine with me, I prefer shorthairs, easier for me to take care of them, and especially prefer strays or adopted from SPCA because they are the most needy.

I'm a big believer in adoption and fixing pets unless there is intent to breed by responsible pet owners. Occassionally I'll foster cats for the Humane Society and the SPCA so they can be given a fair chance instead of being put down. Sometimes a foster home is far better than a shelter :)
